Leadership is a rare, often elusive trait. Businesses fail because they lack core competency at one or more leadership levels. Great leaders are seldom born. Few people are born with certain traits that enable leadership. Fewer are born with the desire, discipline, and capability to leverage those inborn traits into something of a legend. We have been fortunate to have been mentored by great leaders and seek every opportunity to pass those traits on to a workforce desperate for leaders.
Leadership discovery is often the product of operational audits and strategy implementation. Most organizations have hidden leaders who languish in mediocrity.
